FAQ

The useful answer depends on the order.

These answers cover what to prepare before Alta reviews the artwork, item, quantity, and timing for your project.

Need a project answer?

Put the specific details in one brief so the answer can be about your order—not an average.

What should I include in a quote request?

Share the item or garment, approximate quantity, size breakdown, artwork, decoration location, colors, and deadline. If something is undecided, say so—the missing detail can be reviewed before pricing is confirmed.

How do I choose embroidery or screen printing?

Embroidery creates a dimensional stitched mark. Screen printing creates a flatter ink graphic. The right fit depends on the artwork, item, use, quantity, placement, and the look you want.

Is there a minimum order?

Share the quantity you actually need. Alta can confirm whether the project is a fit after reviewing the item, artwork, method, and order details.

How is timing confirmed?

Timing depends on artwork readiness, item availability, quantity, needed approvals, and whether the project is a fit. Include the date that matters in your request; no turnaround is guaranteed until the project is reviewed.

What artwork should I have ready?

Have the best version available, even if it is not production-ready. When online intake is enabled, the form accepts one AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, or JPG file up to 600 KiB; a larger file can be discussed during follow-up.
